A blend of both tank-fermented and barrel-fermented fruit, this Chardonnay opens with subtle aromas of pear and baked apple that develop into lush, nutty lees characters. The palate is rich and creamy with mouth filling marzipan and almond notes. Undertones of tropical fruit and vanilla linger creating a velvety impression with a long, round finish.

Stainless steel fermented, this wine is a perfect balance of fruit and acidity. It is clean & crisp, refreshing, yet satisfying with a long lingering minerally finish.

This dry red has light fruit flavors of cherry and blackberry.  A delightful wine that is full-bodied and has a smooth, velvety mouth feel.

Earthy dried leaves and dried spices, with a light spice component and understated black cherry aromas. The fruit is understated on the medium-light bodied palate too, with earthy-herbal flavors up front along with a subtle-spice component and cherry taking a step back.” LennThompson

 Our Signature Wine is produced from some of the oldest vines on the North Fork (circa 1982). The 2008 vintage is fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks to display true varietal character featuring notes of apple, pear, and rose petals.

A light, bright, approachable dry red wine, with lots of bright cherry, and light hints of vanilla. Well balanced. Smooth.
